At the AGM it was agreed that we would do a Christmas collection for the Sutton Coldfield United Reformed Church Food Bank as we have done in previous years.
The Food Bank donates food to about fifty needy households each week, a service which is hugely appreciated.
Our FOPA Secretary will place a box for donations in the Shed Shop. Your gate key fits the shed door padlock. The box will be emptied regularly to prevent any hungry rodents helping themselves and the last donations will be collected on 15th December ready to take to the centre on December 16th.
Items such as cereal, pasta, rice, tea, tins of food, pasta sauces and toiletries will all be so welcome.
