A recent incident, when someone had an unfortunate accident on site, underlines how important it is to have your phone in your pocket when working on site. Leaving the phone in your greenhouse or hanging it in your coat pocket somewhere on your plot will be of no use should you have an accident.

So, with my Health and Safety Officer hat on, please keep your phone in your pocket. We all think it won’t happen to us, but sometimes, it does.
